Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your membership within the first 7 days of signing up, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected].
Renewals
All memberships are subscription-based and renew automatically at the end of each annual billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to avoid future charges.
Please note: canceling your membership will stop future billing, but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the initial 7-day guarantee window.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time after the first 7 days of membership.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in cases where the member has violated our Terms of Use, including but not limited to abuse of forum privileges, misuse of content, or unethical conduct within the member community.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact us at [email protected] with your name, email address, and the reason for your request. We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
